Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • - ¼ cup fresh basil chiffonade
  • - ½ cup fresh mozzarella or burrata chopped
  • - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • - Salt to taste
  • - Crackers toasted baguette or pita chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Chop the tomatoes and mix with olive oil and salt.
  • Chiffonade basil and stir it in.
  • Add mozzarella pieces and gently combine.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve with bread or crackers.

Notes

  •  Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor.
  •  Add minced garlic or sun-dried tomato for variation.
  • Don’t add cheese or glaze if making ahead.
  •  Balsamic vinegar ≠ balsamic glaze; use the thick stuff!
