Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 eggs large
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1 tsp vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Place eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with paprika.

Notes

  • For the cleanest presentation, pipe the filling using a zip bag.
  • Try topping with crispy beef bacon or chopped chives for variation.
  • Store yolk mixture and whites separately if preparing ahead.
