Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs large
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard yellow or Dijon
- 1 tsp vinegar white or apple cider
- 1/4 tsp salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
Place eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool for 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with paprika.
