Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Add chia seeds, oats, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix well until combined.
  • Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a thicker pudding.
  • When ready to serve, give it a stir and top with sliced bananas, nuts, or a spoon of Greek yogurt.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • For smoother pudding, blend everything before chilling.
  • Add protein powder or nut butter for extra nutrition.
