- - 1/2 lb ground beef
- - 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- - 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- - 2 fresh jalapeños diced
- - 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- - 1/2 tsp black pepper
- - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- - 10 eggroll wrappers
- - Oil for frying
Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and chop.
Brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, beef, bacon, jalapeños, and onion.
Spoon mixture into center of wrapper. Wet edges and roll tightly.
Fry in hot oil (375°F) until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels. Serve with dipping sauce.
