Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • - 8 oz Beef Bresaola thinly sliced
  • - Fresh basil leaves optional
  • - Toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Slice mozzarella into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  • Lay Beef Bresaola flat and place mozzarella on top with a basil leaf.
  • Roll tightly and place seam-side down on wax paper-lined tray.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with toothpicks.

Notes

  • Chill mozzarella briefly to ease slicing.
  • Use parchment paper for clean rolling.
  • Add a layer of sun-dried tomato for extra flavor.
  • Wrap can be made ahead and chilled until serving.
