- - 8 oz Beef Bresaola thinly sliced

Slice mozzarella into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Lay Beef Bresaola flat and place mozzarella on top with a basil leaf.
Roll tightly and place seam-side down on wax paper-lined tray.
Chill for 30 minutes.
