Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix (instant, 3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups whole milk cold
  • 1 package cream cheese softened (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 4 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 package Biscoff cookies crushed, about 32 cookies

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla extract, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Slice the ripe bananas into thin coins and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish or trifle bowl.
  • Top the banana layer with pudding, then sprinkle a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies over it.
  • Repeat the layers (bananas, pudding, cookies) until the dish is full. Finish with whipped cream and extra Biscoff cookie crumbles on top.
  • Chill the pudding in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving to let the flavors meld and the texture set.

Notes

  • Use fully ripe bananas for the best flavor and texture.
  • You can substitute Biscoff cookies with graham crackers or vanilla wafers, but the caramel spice of Biscoff really makes this dessert shine.
  • Don’t skip the chill time, it's essential for the perfect consistency!
