Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
  • - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded (divided)
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/4 tsp pepper
  • - Green onions for garnish
  • - Blue cheese crumbles optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch, sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with green onion and optional blue cheese crumbles. Serve hot.
