- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste optional

- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Ciabatta rolls or hoagie buns
