Cheese Mixture
- 8 oz cream cheese full-fat, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 Laughing Cow cheese wedges
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Decoration
- 2 tbsp chopped chives fresh
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley fresh
- 3 tbsp crushed pecans or almonds
- 6 pretzel rods for tree trunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into stars
Beat together cream cheese, cheddar, Laughing Cow cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until fluffy.
Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes to firm up for shaping.
Transfer mixture to parchment paper and shape into Christmas tree wedges using a spatula or hands.
Roll shaped trees in chopped chives, parsley, and crushed nuts. Press gently so they stick.
Insert pretzel rods at the base as trunks and top with star-shaped yellow bell pepper.
Serve with crackers, vegetables, or bread on a wooden or marble board.
