  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Warm a pan on medium heat. Add butter and let it melt until bubbly.
  • Saute onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add canned corned beef and break it up gently as it cooks.
  • Pour in milk and stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until creamy and smooth.
  • Season with black pepper and top with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the corned beef to keep it soft. Stir continuously when adding cheese to ensure it melts evenly and doesn’t clump. This dish is excellent over rice, toast, or as a sandwich filling.
