Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - ½ cup ranch dressing
  • - ½ cup buffalo wing sauce like Frank’s
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - 2 tbsp sour cream optional
  • - 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and half the cheese.
  • Transfer to oven-safe dish or skillet.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbling.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor.
  • Adjust heat level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch if preferred;
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving to avoid burns.
