Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Dough and Cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed or shredded

Topping

  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut your pizza dough into small squares, about 1.5 inches each, and place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each one.
  • Pinch the edges together to form little dough balls. Arrange them on the baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  • Brush each dough ball with melted butter mixed with garlic powder. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Once baked, brush again with butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use shredded mozzarella for easier melting. Serve warm for the ultimate cheese pull. Add pepperoni or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor. Serve with marinara or garlic butter dip.
