- - 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- - 1/2 cup orange juice
- - Juice of 1 lime
- - 1 small onion chopped
- - 3 garlic cloves minced
- - 1 tsp cumin
- - 1 tsp smoked paprika
- - 1 tsp oregano
- - Salt & pepper to taste
- - 1 tbsp olive oil for broiling
Mix spices and rub onto chicken.
Add chicken, onion, garlic, citrus juice into slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Cook accordingly: 6-7 hrs on low or 15 min high pressure.
Shred chicken, broil with olive oil and some juice for 5 mins until crispy.
Serve as desired!
