Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Layer cooked chicken evenly at the bottom of the dish. Add slices of ham on top of the chicken, then cover with Swiss cheese slices.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cheese layer evenly.
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
To avoid dry chicken, don’t overbake. Use thin ham slices for best texture, and don’t skip the sour cream for a creamy result.
