Ingredients
  

Salmon Mixture

  • 8 oz smoked salmon chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Add smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, green onions, capers, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the counter. Spoon the mixture onto the center of the wrap.
  • Shape into a log by rolling tightly in the plastic wrap. Twist ends to seal. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Unwrap before serving. Garnish with dill or lemon slices. Serve with crackers, cucumber rounds, or bread.
