  • Slice the baguette into rounds, about half an inch thick, and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Toast the baguette slices for about 5 to 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and fresh dill. Mix until smooth and creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper to your liking.

Assembly

  • Arrange the toasted baguette slices on a large platter in a circular shape to resemble a wreath.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each slice.
  • Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese, allowing it to cascade.
  • Garnish each piece with lemon zest and pomegranate arils. Optionally, add rosemary sprigs for decoration.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Make this recipe ahead by preparing the cream cheese mixture a day in advance. You can also toast the baguette slices ahead of time and store them in an airtight container.
