Main Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry or 3-4 phyllo sheets as substitute
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts optional
- 1 egg beaten, for brushing
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut brie into small rounds or leave whole if serving a crowd.
Place brie on puff pastry, spoon cranberry sauce on top, and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle herbs and nuts over the top. Gently fold pastry edges over brie and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until pastry is golden brown and cheese is melty.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.
- You can prepare it ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake (skip egg wash until baking time).
- Reheat in oven, not microwave.
- For a twist, try using phyllo dough or adding a cheese log topping before baking.
