  • 3 ripe bananas sliced
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix instant
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container whipped topping divided, one half for mixing, one half for topping
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well blended, then gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
  • In a baking dish, arrange a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom, followed by banana slices and a handful of mixed berries.
  • Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruit layer, spreading evenly. Repeat with another layer of wafers, fruit, and pudding.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and decorate with extra berries and banana slices. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use firm but ripe bananas for the best texture.
  • You can use frozen berries, but be sure to thaw and drain them first.
  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with white chocolate before serving.
