Main Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and garlic powder over the top.
  • Add the cream cheese and cream of chicken soup, spreading them a little over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks right inside the pot, then stir everything to blend the creamy sauce together.
  • Serve warm over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese so it melts evenly.
  • Add chicken broth if sauce is too thick.
  • Top with  beef bacon bits for added flavor.
