- - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie or poached
- - 8 oz cream cheese softened
- - 1 cup ranch dressing
- - ¾ cup Buffalo wing sauce like Frank’s RedHot
- - 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- - Optional: green onions blue cheese crumbles
Lightly grease your slow cooker insert with oil or nonstick spray.
Add cream cheese, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, Buffalo sauce, and 1 cup cheddar.
Stir until mostly combined; lumps of cream cheese are okay.
Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours until hot, bubbly, and creamy.
Stir to combine and top with green onions or blue cheese if desired.
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
