Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb smoked kielbasa sliced into thick rounds
  • - 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • - 2 cans green beans or 1 lb fresh, trimmed
  • - 1 small onion chopped
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste
  • - Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Brown sliced kielbasa in a skillet for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add all ingredients to crockpot, stirring gently to mix.
  • Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed before serving.
