Ingredients
  

  • - 1 burrata cheese ball
  • - 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • - 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - Pinch salt
  • - Red pepper flakes to taste
  • - Fresh basil chopped
  • - Toasted bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • In an oven-safe dish, sauté garlic in olive oil till golden.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered.
  • Nestle burrata in the center.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes; broil 2 mins if desired.
  • Garnish with basil, salt, and red pepper flakes. Serve hot with bread.
