Ingredients
  

  • - 12 oz rotini pasta
  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 3 tbsp butter
  • - 4 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • - Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked.
  • Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  • Lower heat, stir in cream and slowly add Parmesan.
  • Combine with cooked rotini, season, and garnish.
