  • - 1 tsp soy sauce
  • - ½ tsp black pepper

  • - 1 bell pepper sliced
  • - 2 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 tsp ginger minced
  • - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • - ½ tsp sugar
  • - ¼ cup water
  • - 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water for slurry
  • - 2 tbsp neutral oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper.
