Ingredients

Meatballs and Sauce

  • 1 package frozen meatballs pre-cooked, about 32 oz
  • 1 can cranberry sauce about 14 oz
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well over medium heat until smooth.
  • Add the frozen meatballs directly into the sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Transfer to a serving dish or slow cooker to keep warm. Garnish with fresh cranberries or chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm as a delicious addition to your holiday appetizers table.

Notes

  • Use pre cooked meatballs to save time.
  • You can make this ahead of time and reheat gently.
  • Avoid overcooking the sauce to retain its glossy texture.
  • Homemade meatballs can also be used if cooked fully before adding to the sauce.
