Ingredients
  

  • - Mini tortillas or flatbreads 6–8 small
  • - 8 oz herbed cream cheese or plain with chopped chives/dill
  • - 8 slices deli turkey or ham
  • - 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • - 1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • - Fresh dill or chives finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Lay flatbread on a clean surface. Spread with cream cheese edge-to-edge.
  • Add turkey or ham in a single, overlapping layer.
  • Lay cucumber and bell pepper down the center.
  • Sprinkle herbs over the filling.
  • Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Chill for 1 hour or up to overnight.
  • Slice into 1-inch pinwheels just before serving.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve cold.

- Avoid watery vegetables like tomatoes.
- Use toothpicks if needed to hold pinwheels closed.
