- - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- - 1 egg
- - 2 garlic cloves minced
- - 2 tbsp soy sauce
- - 1/4 cup honey
- - 1/4 cup ketchup
- - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- - Optional: pinch of chili flakes
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake meatballs at 400°F for 15-18 minutes or until browned.
