Main Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
  • Add garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir in well-drained spinach.
  • Fold in half the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Spoon mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden. Broil for 2 minutes if a browned top is desired.
