- - 4 medium jalapeños finely diced
- - 8 oz cream cheese softened
- - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- - 1 egg
- - 1 tsp garlic powder
- - 1 tsp onion powder
- - 2 tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili Sauce plus more for drizzling
- - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- - Cooking spray or olive oil
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, diced jalapeños, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet chili sauce.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts and roll into balls.
Coat each ball with panko breadcrumbs.
