Ingredients
  

Whipped Cream Mixture

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract use pure vanilla
  • 1 packet Dream Whip optional

Layering Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups vanilla wafers crushed
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form using an electric mixer or whisk.
  • Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Add Dream Whip if using, and mix until combined.
  • Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
  • In small cups or jars, layer crushed vanilla wafers, banana slices, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until full.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with a banana slice or mini wafer if desired.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow wafers to soften and flavors to blend.

Notes

  • For a grown-up twist, add a splash of bourbon to the whipped cream mixture.
  • To keep bananas from browning, lightly toss slices in lemon juice or layer them between pudding to limit air exposure.
