Toppings & Serving

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme chopped
  • crackers or toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain the beans, then place them in a food processor with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed to ensure an even mix.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings—add more lemon juice for brightness or olive oil for extra creaminess.
  • Spoon the spread into a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and top with pomegranate seeds and herbs.
  • Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
