Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin or NY strip steak cubed
  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season cubed steak with half of the spice mix, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Parboil potatoes for 5–6 minutes, then drain and season with remaining spice mix and oil.
  • Sear steak in a hot skillet for 6–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Crisp potatoes in same pan for 10–12 minutes.
  • Return steak to pan, stir in garlic butter mixture. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Always parboil potatoes before skillet frying.
  • Use a cast iron skillet for best sear.
  • Butter must be softened for proper blending.
  • Leftovers reheat beautifully for lunch.
