Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Decoration

  • 1 cup green grapes cold and dry
  • 1 cup red grapes cold and dry
  • fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
  • Mix in shredded cheddar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in chopped pecans for crunch. Chill the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Shape the chilled cheese mixture into a cone shape on a serving platter.
  • Decorate the cone with grapes, alternating red and green. Garnish with rosemary sprigs to resemble pine needles.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up the shape.
