Hedgehog Cheeseball
A creamy, nutty, and adorable cheeseball shaped like a hedgehog. perfect for Christmas Eve or any holiday gathering.
Ingredients
Cheeseball Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Decoration
- 1 cup chopped pecans for hedgehog spikes
- 2 pieces black olives for eyes
- 1 piece raisin or olive slice for nose
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and green onions in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Form the mixture into a rough oval shape to resemble a hedgehog’s body. Place on a plate.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to firm it up.
- Once chilled, press pecan halves into the back to make spikes. Add olives for eyes and a raisin for the nose.
