Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup dry roasted peanuts salted (140g)
  • - ½ cup powdered Bocha Sweet or allulose 96g
  • - 2 tablespoons butter 28g

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sweetener over low heat.
  • Raise the heat to medium-high and let it bubble and foam, stirring often, until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts quickly to coat.
  • Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, spreading into a roughly 7-inch square.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and chill for 15–30 minutes until fully hardened.
  • Break into pieces and serve or store.

Notes

- Use Bocha Sweet or allulose for best texture. Erythritol may crystallize.
- Add vanilla or a pinch of cayenne for extra flavor.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container to maintain crunch.
