- - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- - 2 tbsp brown sugar
- - 1 tbsp sesame oil
- - 3 garlic cloves minced
- - 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- - 2 green onions sliced
- - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- - Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tbsp in the pan.
