Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground beef 85/15
  • - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • - 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • - 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • - 2 green onions sliced
  • - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • - Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tbsp in the pan.
  • Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken sauce.
  • Serve over cooked rice, top with green onions and sesame seeds.
