Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • - 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • - 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • - 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 cup shredded light mozzarella divided
  • - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, hot sauce, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Combine blended mix with chicken and half the mozzarella.
  • Spread in greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20–25 min until bubbly. Let rest before serving.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Blend dairy for smooth texture.
  • Add blue cheese for extra zing.
