- - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- - 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- - 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- - 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- - 1/2 tsp onion powder
- - 1 cup shredded light mozzarella divided
- - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, hot sauce, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.
Combine blended mix with chicken and half the mozzarella.
Spread in greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20–25 min until bubbly. Let rest before serving.
