- - 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- - 1 lb broccoli florets blanched
- - 8 oz cream cheese softened
- - 1 cup ranch dressing keto-friendly
- - 1/2 cup heavy cream
- - 1/4 cup sour cream
- - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- - Optional: 1 oz crushed pork rinds for topping
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Blanch broccoli for 3 minutes; drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch, heavy cream, and sour cream.
Fold in chicken and broccoli.
Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese and pork rinds.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
