  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets steamed until tender
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish and set aside.
  • Steam the cauliflower until tender but not mushy. Drain and let it cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
  • Fold in the cauliflower, then pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving warm and gooey.

Notes

Do not overcook the cauliflower to avoid a watery casserole. Adjust seasoning to bring out the best flavors. Can be made ahead or frozen for convenience.
