Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding Base

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter natural, unsweetened
  • 1 cup milk almond, oat, or coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth, with no large chunks.
  • Add peanut butter, milk, vanilla, and honey. Whisk until smooth and combined.
  • Stir in chia seeds and mix well to avoid clumping. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  • Pour into jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours until thickened.

Notes

  • Top with sliced bananas, crushed peanuts, or granola.
  • Store up to 5 days in the fridge.
  • Stir twice in the first 10 minutes to avoid clumps.
  • Blend before chilling for extra creaminess.
