Pizza Dough
- 14‑16 oz pizza dough (homemade or store bought) at room temperature
Filling
- ½ cup pizza sauce (marinara or favorite)
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pepperoni, chopped or sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a rectangle (about 10×14 in).
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ½‑inch border.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and chopped pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Slice the log into 1‑inch rolls using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Place the rolls cut‑side up on a parchment‑lined baking sheet.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Let rolls cool 2–3 minutes, then serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- You can substitute or omit pepperoni for vegetarian version.
