Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese chilled
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free alternative
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk almond, dairy, or oat

Optional Toppings

  • 2 tbsp crushed vanilla wafers optional
  • 2 tbsp whipped topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, banana, syrup, milk, and vanilla. Blend again until fully combined.
  • If too thick, add more milk 1 tbsp at a time. Aim for mousse-like texture.
  • Spoon into cups or ramekins. Add crushed wafers if using.
  • Top with whipped cream, banana slices, and drizzle of syrup if desired.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • Chill before serving. Easily adaptable to low-carb by using sugar-free syrup and wafer alternatives.
