Instructions
 

  • Blend the bananas, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • In a skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add apple slices and cook until golden and slightly caramelized.
  • Layer the banana mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  • Top with warm caramelized apples and fresh pomegranate seeds.
  • Dust with a little extra cinnamon and chill for 10 minutes if preferred cool.
