  • 3 tablespoons fig jam
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • 1 sheet puff pastry optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the brie in the center and gently spread the fig jam over the top.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans and drizzle honey all over for extra flavor.
  • Lay the rosemary sprig on top and, if using puff pastry, wrap the brie gently before sealing the edges.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the pastry is golden and the brie feels soft inside.
  • Let it rest for 3 minutes, then serve warm with crackers or bread slices.
