Salty Buffalo Chickpea Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 can chickpeas drained
  • - 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • - 1/3 cup hot sauce like Frank's
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • - Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  • In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Transfer to baking dish and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  • Broil 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with chips or veggies.

Notes

  • Add 1 tbsp vegan mayo for creamier texture
  • Top with chopped green onions or vegan ranch
  • Double the recipe for large parties
  • Can be made 2 days ahead and baked later
