- 12 oz smoked sausage sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce use whole berries
- 6 oz sharp white cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped

- While sausage cooks, cube the cheese and separate whole cranberries from the sauce.

- Assemble each bite: top sausage slice with a cube of cheddar and a whole cranberry. Skewer with a pick and sprinkle with rosemary.
