Ingredients
  

  • - 2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
  • - 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables 12 oz
  • - 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • - 2 cups chicken broth
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1/2 tsp thyme
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken, vegetables, soup, broth, and seasonings in crockpot.
  • Cook on low 6 to 7 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
  • Shred chicken and stir back into sauce.
  • Bake biscuits separately, then serve on top of filling.

Notes

  • Swap thighs for more flavor.
  • Add cream at the end for extra richness.
  • Fresh vegetables can be used but chop small.
  • Leftovers store up to 3 days in fridge.
