Ingredients
  

  • - 1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 1/2 tsp pepper
  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1/2 onion grated
  • - 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • - 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • - 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, and seasonings.
  • Roll into meatballs.
  • Brown them in a skillet (optional).
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together.
  • Layer meatballs and sauce in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.

Notes

  • You can prep the meatballs the night before.
  • Freeze leftovers in sauce for up to 3 months.
  • Great with pasta, sliders, or skewers.
  • Use cookie scoop for even portions.
