  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices beef bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle with crumbled beef bacon.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Shred your own cheese for best melting. For crunch, top with crushed pork rinds before baking.
