- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper diced

- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
- salt and pepper to taste
Dice the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Drain and rinse the black eyed peas. Measure out all seasoning ingredients.
